The savings card is only valid thru 9/12 so if you're like me you'll want to spend the $10 savings card while you're there to save on time and gas money.

Sign up for a free Do-It-Herself workshop at The Home Depot on Thursday, September 24th from 7 to 8:30 pm. This workshop is "Kitchen Updates" which will include everything from cabinet refinishing to changing a faucet. This looks like one that I'll definitely want to attend. What a fun way to spend an evening and not pay a thing. They're known to usually give away a few free things, coupons, and some have a large door prize. Ingredients:

• 3 ounces light tuna, drained
• 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
• 1/2 lemon, juiced
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
• Dash of salt and pepper
• 2 whole-grain tortillas
• 1/2 cup baby spinach

Make it: Combine tuna with parsley, lemon, oil, tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Wrap in tortillas and top with spinach.

• 2 cups romaine lettuce
• 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
