As soon as you make your first $5 purchase through Ebates (from any store that offers cash back) then that $5 bonus is yours plus whatever cash-back percentage offered for that store. This is honestly one of the easiest online rebate programs I've ever used. My rebates have been adding up fast even though I don't make many purchases online.
