JCPenney.com is offering their famous $10 off $10 purchase coupon when you use coupon code TEN4YOU at checkout. Notice that it isn't $10 off $9.99 - I say that because they like to offer many items at $9.99 to get you to but one other item. I tend to buy the cheapest thing possible even if I don't need it then I'll donate it later. You should be able to score some really cheap deals! Let me know what type of deals you find!
