Skin Care Routine for Busy Moms

Ever since my baby was born my skin hasn't been the same. I now have puffy eyes in the morning, dry skin, and well, my skin has just lost its glow. I know how to take care of my skin but I need to make time to actually do it. It's time to step up my anti aging skincare routine!
Here are some tips and tricks to bring back that youthful glow in no time! If you have any products you swear by I would love to hear about them so please share them in the comments.
Exfoliate
Dead skin cells build up on your face leaving you with a dull complexion. Exfoliate them away using a gentle face scrub or a chemical peel that contains salicylic acid.

Moisturize with Antioxidants and Sunscreen
Choose a moisturizer that is oil-free and leaves your skin feeling soft and light. Don't simply moisturize for a temporary fix, moisturize with antioxidants and sunscreen to proactively fight the signs of aging.

Use a Retinol Cream
Retinol is widely known as the most effective anti-aging ingredient recommended by dermatologists. It can fight fine lines, add elasticity to the skin, and even help in controlling acne. It can cause irritation to the skin so start by only applying small amounts or try to find a sensitive formula.

Use Eye Cream
Ever night remember to gently pat your eye cream on. Choose an eye cream that includes peptides because that will help thicken the skin and build collagen.

Use Body Lotion Daily
As soon as you step out of your bath or shower and dry off apply a good moisture-rich body lotion all over. Pay close attention to your hands, chest, and neck as these areas are quick to show signs of aging.

The Eyes Have It! Sampar Eye Rule Review

I had the wonderful privilege of being asked to try Sampar products and was thrilled to do so! I've been able to review a few different products from them but today I want to tell you about my favorite product from them, the Eye Rule.
It is an industrial strength potent eye transforming product that is quite pricey but incredibly effective. Eye Rule has a high tech looking dispenser with a cooling metal roller ball. It fills in fine lines and wrinkles, reduces dark circles and puffiness, and it moisturizes and repairs the skin around the eyes. I use it first thing in the morning to perk up and hydrate my tired eyes and before I go to bed to repair the skin.
You know that I've tried many beauty products and this is by far my favorite eye product! The cooling ball feels so good on my skin, it's clean and easy use, and I can actually feel it tighten the skin around my eyes. Absolutely amazing! You may not have the money to spend on skin care now but if you do this is a product worth investing in.
