Nature Made SAM-e Complete Review & Giveaway Ends 8/16

Pin It Now! I was chosen by Mom Central to review SAM-e Complete and give my opinion. This daily supplement's slogan is "Discover your good mood."

Product Info:SAM-e Complete

SAM-e is a naturally occurring compound that is found in all living things. It’s distributed throughout the human body and it contributes to maintaining mood levels.

SAM-e's website says, " SAM-e helps other molecules in the brain do their jobs making you feel like your normal self. When your bodies SAM-e levels run low, those other molecules can’t do their jobs as effectively, and you can feel out of sorts from a mood standpoint. SAM-e helps to promote a healthy mood by ensuring a balance of overall healthy brain cell functions. If taken regularly, SAM-e can begin to help in as little as 7 – 14 days."

My Review:

I was sent a 3 month supply of SAM-e Complete to give a try. I tell you the pills couldn't have came on a better day. On the day they came I was stressed and moody. Since they came on a difficult day which I would hopefully recover from anyway I will skip ahead to my review of SAM-e now, 2 weeks later. I do feel a little more focused and more excited about facing the day. I can't say that there is a huge difference at this point so I will revisit this review and write another post after I finish my first month's box and let you know how I'm doing at that point.

Buy it:

You can buy Nature Made's SAM-e where ever vitamins are sold. Visit SAM-e's website to get links to several well-known online retailers that sell SAM-e.

Coupon:

Here's a printable coupon for $3 off your next SAM-e purchase. It's a bricks coupon so be sure to hit your back button to print a second coupon.

I read or play with my Maine Coon cats. Getting lost in a book or a bunch of purrs always helps.

My dog always loves me and forgives my bad moods. Boyfriends come and go (bad mood reason) but she's always there waiting to be walked and loved

I can usually snap out of a bad mood if I take some time to myself. I can walk or window shop or even just drive somewhere and I can re-direct myself. Thanks.

I deal with a bad mood by finding a quiet place, taking a few deep breaths, and thinking about the things that are going well for me. That generally helps
